I see there are a handful down in California. Thats a bit of a hike for me, however I know this isnt an easy car to find so I assume I'll be looking far away for it.
Budget is around 4k, rust free is the biggest thing. I dont mind about mint interior/exterior, so long as its STRAIGHT and RUST FREE. Motor wise, I just would prefer everything there. doesnt have to be running! If anything I can KA it.
