do you have the proper service maintenance records for that 140+ miles on it. ex) replace radiator/t-stat/water pump/02/fuel injectors/ transmission service/ most common problems on that year is valve cover gasket at around 60k etc) you get the point. if you can show me maintenance records or post photos. may me we can talk. other wise you can drop almost your asking price just to keep it running for another 200K
