Hey all,
I've been reading up on google and around a ton of forums including this one, for things that would contribute to poor mpg. I'm curious to know if you all know of any other things to look for besides what I already have done/know. I ask this because I'm only managing about 200 miles to a FULL tank in my S14 w/ RB25. I do a combination of HWY & City driving with mostly City.

Things I've checked/replaced:
- New spark plugs
- New Fuel Filter
- leaky injectors (All good none leaking)
- New Air Filter
- New MAF
- Gas lines (not leaking any gas)
- New FPR
- Tire pressure
- Timing @ 15*
- NIStune (leaned out AFR's to 16-17 while crusing. Made ZERO difference)

I'm going a little crazy here. I know my 6-cyl turbo engine is not going to be a honda getting 40MPG, but I've read people with RB's in S14 are able to get at least 300+ with it leaned out.

those rb's are notorious for getting crap mpg.... stock turbo and injector size? sometimes things like your cat or O2 sensor can affect your MPG when old and worn....

Stock turbo yes on 370cc injectors. I drive like a granny and baby it so much. Forgot to mention the O2 part. I actually have my O2 feedback turned off in NIStune with AFRs leaned out.

Your car also has to roll as smooth as possible. Do you have new suspension arms? Any bad wheel bearings? Have you changed the bushings? How low is your car and how aggressive is your alignment.

This guy has the right idea.
