Sr20 loses power at 5k rpm???

I have an sr20 redtop in my s13 hatch. Bought recently. Factory turbo running 7 psi. Fmic, bov, exhaust, intake. Car pulls fine and runs good until it hits 5k rpm. Then it is still smooth, it just doesnt pull anymore as rpm climbs to the redline at 6500. Any ideas on what could be going on? I did a boost leak check and didnt find any. However I did hear air leaking from the valve cover breather. Any ideas? I also know the car runs rich.

fix the issues. check for boost leaks. turbo could be out of steam by that rpm

Runs rich because of the bov not being recirculated.

I am installed a new Walbro fuel pump and problem solved.
