You're confused... That's an American trend making its way there. By the way, the owner of that Silvia (as well as the Civics, Camry, Acord etc.) is an American stationed there. Note the "Y" on the plates...

I understand that the hydros started here and ended up there. I was talking about people here in the states doing Silvia conversions and Hydro's. :mepoke:
