is your battery dead? too little info here for anyone to help. There are countless articles and threads about not cranking, start reading. My guess would be a bad wiring connection, dead battery, blown fuse, forgotten plug etc etc etc

The battery is full, I have check all the grounds
The wiring was done by a reputable shop here in Houston
I try to start with z32 maf unplug and not even a crank

Is your ECU tuned for the Z32 MAF/550CC injectors/Cams? If not the car most likely wont run, but it should turn over.
You say it doesnt even crank over, as in the motor doesnt spin when you turn the key? Or it doesnt fire when you crank it? If it isnt spinning then it should be a simple starter replacement, Broke clutch switch stop(thing the clutch switch presses against to activate) or bad relay.
Are you SURE they know what they were doing with the wiring? The Kouki S14 and Zenki S14 SR20's have slightly different wiring. They could have botched it still.

was the car previously an auto?

yea if the motor wont' crank the maf and all that would have nothing to do with it. Something is not telling your motor to crank.... do you even have a starter? lol

Well when I bought stock it was manual
But I saw they were using a auto ecu, i believe it was auto originally.

So is your engine cranking or not? When you turn the key does the motor turn?

That will help out alot with someone trying to help you. Right now it's very vague on what is actually going on with your car. Try to give a better description on what the symptoms are and what you have done to try and fix the problem already.

Check if there is a neutral safely switch/relay by the battery tray and see check the write up for it and make sure it's right

not alot to diag off.. but start at the battery check the connections even if they look good the smallest amount of loose ground can cause no crack , check the voltages to your starter terminals, also agree with the NSS make sher everything is correct there / or just delete that shit

Does your fuel pump prime when you turn the ignition on?
