I am looking to purchase clean 1991 or newer Nissan 240sx (coupe or hatch)

looking to spend up to $3k

Requirements:
- Rust free
- Must be a manual transmission
- Must be running and driving
- Must not be leaking oil
- Trans can not be grinding
- Must have interior
- Electronics/Odo must work properly

I'm looking for something that will be reliable to daily drive to school and work so I'm not looking for a project or something with problems.
