Sparco Seat into S13. What Hardware should I use?

This topic has probably been covered more times than KA vs SR but I can't really find any useful information that is giving me a green light to purchase mount/sliders.

It is bottom mount, right? I've been reading horror stories that Sparco hardware (Mount/sliders) fit ridiculously high. My question to you is:

What mount should I buy? I'm only installing the driver seat and I'm aiming for a low look. Also, what sliders should I get?

If possible, pics of fitment of a combo would be awesome. Thanks again zilvia!

I had sparco seat in my car, I had wedge bracket and sparco seat rails. For daily driving it did not bother me at all (am 5'8) and it was a very confy seat, kinda miss it. Reason for switching it out when I would go to the track I would have to take the cushion off the seat to fit in the car. I would hit pillar if I would try to look out the drivers window. If you want to get low do not waste your time on bottom mount get side mount. After lots of inspection and measurements, I've figured out which rails to get!
