Installed a new Circuit Sports alternator for S13 SR20DET.
Took off Ralco alternator pulley on the old alternator to install on the new Circuit Sports alternator. Installed with an impact driver but the Ralco pulley spins freely on it's own without spinning the alternator. Therefore, I reinstalled the pulley it originally came with. Belt sqeaks like a mofo due to little slack on the belt. (Circuit Sports pulley is a little bit smaller than the Ralco that's why there is some slack) What is recommended to do?? I want to attempt reinstalling the Ralco pulley but am afraid it will spin freely without turning the alternator.

The current alternator belt I have on is K050360. I've searched around and found K050370 for the S13 SR20DET. Is the K050370 smaller than what I have? I'm not sure what the numbers mean.

50370 is bigger then a 50360, maybe try a 50340. the 5 is the number of ribs on the belt and the big number at the end (0360) is the size of the belt.

Hopefully you adjusted the alternator all the way out before deciding the belt was too long.
