If its a Silvia, why is the engine code KA24 on the VIN plate?

Or its a RHD conversion with a SR20 swop, might explain the incorrect door panels.

I bought it like this, the guy said it was legit, but I'll just say it's swapped.

Wow either your dumb for buying it or dumb for trying to fool someone on zilvia smh. Swapped or not this sounds like a ilegal sell.

It's either firewall swapped with the original KA vin plate back on, or this is a real silvia and someone just did a quick vin plate swap so they could put their plates on it...

Either way this could get bad real quick if law enforcement got ahold of it...

OP I'm not saying you did it, or that you knew about it... Just stating what's going on here...
