I just picked up another s14 after a few years with no 240sx, tying up a few loose ends before it gets pressed into DD duty, namely the efan wiring.
I always had good luck with using the factory wiring with an extra relay to run Taurus fans, and I'm planning on doing exactly that on this car.
However, this one's a base model that came without AC from the factory and I'm not sure that the aux fan wiring in the relay box is connected to anything.
If I get the car hot, I see no voltage at the relay, but I may not be hitting 190 or whatever the cut-on temp is. Not really trusting the shittastic temp gauge enough to just let it idle forever and be certain it's hot, then checking voltage.
The fan relay underhood is just triggered from an ECU output, right?
So I guess I wouldn't be difficult to just emulate the OEM wiring.
AFAIK, it never had an OEM aux fan, and there was no relay in the box.
