s14 navan side skirts install HELP!!

I am trying to install my new side skirts and it did not come with any brackets so I can't get the underside bolted in!!
Here's a pic of the bracket I need - on the right hand side, the metal bar

can someone please tell me what the part number this is or where I can go to find some??
I went to my nissan dealership and they said "since its a JDM option we wont have it" but said that if I get the part number they could help me more
I have a '97 240sx so I have the clips and they align, I just need this bottom part so I can fully attach it, I'm not trying to half ass this.
and if anyone happens to know the part number of the little plasticy thingys that'd be perfect too! :duh:

plus im sure nissan never sold theze without the skirts since there riveted on or w/e
