cyl 3 misfire

hey guys im new to this site! im having a problem with cylinder 3 mis i recently gave tune uo all oem parts seam to run a little ruff at idle depending on air temp on the saverity! things got better for a while then cyl 3 whent dead again so i replaced cyl 3 injector ran great for a few days then today i filled gas tank with injection cleaner and skip came back within 20 miles of fill up any ideas? im a very experianced machanic but first 240 sx lol this car has 185 thow and when running rite very vast

Maybe a stuck valve? Try seafoaming it.

i tried the seafoam changed injector ran good for about 70 miles then on way home started skipin again only cyl3

the minute i changed injector ran good instantly drove about 70 miles then the skip came back

Injector o ring seals might have been pinched when installing
