2002 Volkswagen New Beetle Turbo Color Concept. This is a limited edition model that was a close relative of the Turbo S. It came standard with the turbo gasoline engine and speed activated rear spoiler, power windows/sunroof/door locks, heated leather seats, interior door panel inserts, wheel opening inserts color-matched to the exterior paint (http://newjersey.craigslist.org/cto/3620597439.html#), and fog lamps. The only modification that has been made are a pair of plug in HID headlights. It's a 5 speed with 170K miles. Clutch, flywheel, & brakes were changed in March 2012. 2015 NJ inspection.
