I just finished installing me brand new, forged internally, freshly rebuilt KA motor. Ill be firing it up and breaking it in next week.

Its quite important that i have it running correctly right from the start.

I wont innitially be running any boost, but its very important that i get it running stoich.

I made the mistake of selling my factory 270's, but it woulda been way smarter to use them along side the stock maf for the first week or so.

The danger is if i run too rich during the first 15 mins, the rings wont seat because of gas soaked cylinder walls.

I have an S-AFC2, wideband, 450's, Z32 maf and walbro...

If i installed the 450's, id have to tune the fuel down with the S-afc... but what does having a Z32 maf do... at the same settings, will it richen or lean the air fuel ratio? Its pretty important that i can set it up to run about 12,13:1 airfuel right off the bat, or i risk ruining the motor.

Anyone have 450 + Z32 maf?... what does your AFC fuel map look like? what settings?

most people on this board dont do their own ecu tunning, since you need a dyno. take it to one you trust nearby. that would be the best solution to you :wavey:

thats the thing...

i just need it to run smoothly for the first 15 mins, once the rings are seated, i can do another oil change and go from there.

I just need a 1000-2000 rpms base number so i can start the fricken thing.

You might be better off getting some used injectors and a MAF from a stock KA, so it can run smoother, just a thought
