D21 and S13 SOHC Valve Cover Interchangeable?

Like the title says, Are the valve covers interchangeable on the d21 and s13 SOHC.

Bolt patterns look the same from the outside for both KAEs, but I have never seen the inside of either so who knows what may stop it in there. Give it a try.
