Here's the deal- like everybody my age who actually works for their $$, I'm short on it. I have a choice now bet. two oldies- an '89 240 or an 84 Anniv. Edit. 300zx (the first is good condition, little bit of fixing, the latter is really rusted, can fix that and replace components within my budget. I hate that word.) So, opinions on which to go for? I'll prob'ly do my own thing anyhow, but I'd like to hear. I'm not racing them exactly, but I do plan on going fast, and handling matters alot.:)
Also, did Niss. recall the 84 injectors? Do they still do it for free?

Yeah they recalled the 84 injectors and i'm preety sure they'll do it for free. Normally I would say get the 300ZX but from the condition you mentioned (rust) I would'nt touch unless it was surface rust. You will not get rid of the rust no matter how hard you try, it would'nt be worth it. So I would go with the 240SX which sounds like it's in better shape.

i think the 240 will be more reliable then the 300 for ya. also on the 89 240s they had a problem with fuel injetors i herd. i had to replace 2 on &nbsp;my 89 before i old it. they werent a big del like 80-100 buck each and you can put them in yourself. &nbsp;how many miles do eackof the cars have?<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>?
