Sorry for the crap quality but this is the only picture I have currently. I ran the torque app. It pretty much shows you everything you can read off the GM OBD2. Should work with all OBD2 S14's as well.

i know the rear diffusers sold, was wondering if it was made for an FC or FD?

and are there any pigtails at all on the ganadors to splice or theres just no wires period?

It's an FC diffuser.

The pins are still there in the mirrors...just no harness to connect it to the factory wiring.
