Installing mechanical fuel pressure gauge

I'm trying to figure out a cheaper altering safe way to install a fuel gauge in my cap. I know autometer sells a kit but I feel it's way to expensive. Any body know and alternative to install it inside my car oh how dose pressure isolator work?

Isolator is a diaphragm, in which normal fluid goes in and is isolated. Then safer fluid, preferably non flammable or caustic runs to the gauge. Usually water, water/coolant, water/water wetter etc.

Alternative would be an electronic gauge, the isolator is mandatory for hot or flammable substances in the cabin, unless you don't care.

Ever look at the PBM EVDM? comes with x1 pressure sender, x1 temp sensor, and all necessary wiring.

Might as well kill two birds with one stone.

Ok thanks, I forgot to mention I already bought the fuel pressure gauge and was trying to install it. Oh we'll I guess ill just install it inside the engine bay those damn isolated cost way more then just buying an electric gauge

that works in between the rubber hoses . i have one of those on a t running off fuel regulator and another electric sensor for the interior read of the fuel pressure.
I have a autometer pro comp ultra lite fuel pressure guage for sale its 2 1/16 i used it in the interior before with a ss line if u interested pm me
