S13 Brake Issue

So I got around to replacing brakes and rotors all around on my 1990 S13 coupe and also bled the brakes just to get the old fluid out. Fluid's clear and doesn't look to have any discoloration to it, yet the brake pedal is still a bit spongy. Any other ideas this could be?

Brakes not properly bled...

OR

If they were spongy before you changed the pads/rotors, your MC could be on its way out, or there could be a small leak (did you notice the brake fluid was ever low?) in the system.

MC rebuild kit is cheap at your local Vatozone.

Didn't see a leak of any kind but I'll put it up in the air tonight to double check before I rebleed them. Also, how hard would it be to rebuild that MC?
