Its a pretty straight forward swap. The 4G61T (IIRC the numbers correctly) came in the "Colt GT" as a stock option,DSM turbo and everything,only it was a1.6 DOHC. I did a search on google when I found the car,and came up with these:

I didn't get to drive the one I was gona buy....dumbass missed a gear->overrevved it and fucked a valve up. At least thats the only damage we think it had. Pulled the head,and there was a valve sitting on top of a piston,...instead of where belongs:ugh:

Here is my bro's, He has the RS Series 4g63 one of the 5% made of the 4g63's. He dyno'd 241 to the wheels stock. The RS is the motor is what came in the evo 3's. and a handfull were made for Galants. So when we got the clip, we were in for a pleasent suprise. It fun as hell riding around, having ricers say, " who the hell sup's up an old Gallant?" Then try to race to raise there selfesteem, then boom " what the fuck?" Most take the next U turn and go home, fucking lame ass ricers trying to take advantage of an old gallant. The domestics are the best. They may defend themselves by saying there's just has bolt-ons, but ours is stock...

Yeah the hood actually comes stock like that, but other then that, the JDM VR4 just looks like a Gallant with a body kit and clearouts, and hood vents. nothing to extreem , just enough to have a ricer trying to race. But the cockpit tells a different story. Silly Ricer, Tips are for kids !
