Re-built it with forged internals and threw a rod with less than 1 mile on the car. Learned a lot about what I shouldn't do myself from that one.

Didn't see the lip in the road while switching lanes. Ripped my Greddy oil pan off of the engine and cracked the upper oil pan in half.

Mishimoto Thermostat. Used for almost 2 years, car started to run cold and stopped reaching operating temp. Pulled the T-stat and found this...

Sheared a rear hub. Hooray for launching on R compound tires!

Don't have pics, but I snapped a stock and then a Tomei PonCam on the exhaust side of my RB. I learned how to torque camshafts down properly pretty fast after that.

also caused my se rim to badly crack, rip a toe boot, bend a toe and traction rod. funny thing about that is i when i noticed the car was sitting kinda low on that side, i thought it was because of the arms. so i kept drifting after an hour of trying to hunt down wheels....it was a two day event, this happened on my 3rd run of the first day.

needless to say i made it worse

My waterpump started to leak on a RB that I just put in 1 month prior. I didnt put in a new water pump, Had to take the whole front off to replace. my fault.

Oil squiter on exhaust side on the head BREAKS off, I heard a tapping. YOu can see where it settle next to the timing chain.

I broke teeth off ring gear
Engine fails after 7k miles on built motor.

was out being dumb one night and tried to slide this pretty tight corner with k rails on both sides. car whipped back straight towards the exit and i actually rode the front wheel up the wall. bent my wheel to hell(still held air..drove home) bent my LCA, tie rod and snapped my tension rod

i snapped the gear/end off a tomei 270
mine wasnt a tq'ing issue, snapped at 7k rpm
ill try an find a pic.
