View Full Version : MEGAN oil pressure gauge fittings

I am in the process of installing a Megan oil gauge and unfortunately I did not know the sending unit fitting/pipe tread is universal :duh: so now I my question is does anyone know the tread size where the Megan sending unit goes in for an RB25 and where I can find an adapter!? If anyone has done this that would be awesome! TIA

I don't know what kind of fittings you have already, but I think the port in the RB25 is 1/8 bspt.

I'd bet the size of the Megan fitting is 1/8 npt, but you need to make sure before you buy an adapter. Invest in a set of thread gauges.

I called Megan to ask the same question but weren't much help.
The Dude, ya the Megan is 1/8 npt. Do you know where I can buy
An adapter. Or can I re-tap it?

Definitely don't re-tap the port on your motor.
