Ok guys... heres a chance to get a great product developed. I have been in contact with Quantum Performance in Newark, Ca. They develop stand alone ECU's and Laptop management software.
Their software is easy to use.... if you have ever used an AEM system then you know what I mean by "not user friendly". They are engineering product for alot of other cars but have yet to do an SR20DET.
They are willing to start immediately BUT... we need to get some interest going. Prices will be around $1400 give or take a hundred bucks, but we need someone in the Bay area to loan them your vehicle for about an hour. They need to hook an oscope up to it and take some measurements. They also want to examine the ECU plug so they can order the right ones.
This unit is plug and play and will come with a stock map. The GUI is sooooo easy to use, it is for the motorheaad that wants to tune his own car.. not pay someone to do it.
Plz post here about interest, and whether you can help us out by taking your car for an hour and meeting these guys... youll also get a 25% discount on the first unit!

Would like to see the first one be a Redtop... website is www.hydra-ems.com, check it out!

Thanx
G

Obviously this is a business, if they had enough interest... I am sure they would consider it. I will talk to Andrew, but lets wait to see how the SR turns out. I will say this, these guys give great support.
