I drove his car, and it actually seemed like it took away some of the bounciness from the coilovers.. weird.. but that's what i felt.. on the two car's i've driven with those..

Thanks for all the compliments everybody!!

hahahaha! 4 lug had to go!

The bumper....eh, its cool for now...especially for cone dodging events! But there is a kit and some other stuff i have in mind... :coold:

Oh and the tension gauge is awesome! It took A LOT of the bounciness out of the ride (Tein HE's). The car is definitely more stable on hard cornering. Very smooth and noticeably less body roll. I havent been to a drift event with it yet though. Only grip on mountain roads by myself. Oh yeah, if you have a sunroof you're gonna have to get the bar that goes over your head modified because its made for a non sunroof s14. Right now the bar is just flipped upside down, but it REALLY kills your head room, seriously, if you're over 5' 9" you'll barely be able to drive the car comfortably. I'll take some pics so you guys can see. But i'm getting it modified this friday so i'll take some after pics too.

Thanks again for all the compliments guys!

removing the "bouciness" makes perfect since, and is exactly what chassis stiffening should do. It forces the suspension to work harder, and doesn't allow the body to absord those stupid bumps that the springs should be. Good to hear it works as advertised! Mighty flashy too. :) :bigok:

post p detailed pics of it once you modify it. I am very interested.

If you dont mind how much did you end up paying for the cage. HCI had put the Cusco cage in the Allstars 240 and they cut the carpet and insulation and got the necesary dimension to fit right.

Its not a cage....Its more of a bar to help stiffin up the chassis.

off topic but I wonder why that Allstars 240 has a cusco cage...wierd...I guess that means more points b/c its more hardcore!?!? :squintd:

Jay the car looks down right saucy. Do you feel safe driving on the street with a bar that close to your head? What are you going to to do modify it?

Grant what size/offset/type wheels you got thay are hot i got a 97 i was thinking on staying with 16" mainly cause of cost of 17". I just think 17 whould look better but if yours are 16 not much worry here.
