Have you gotten an alignment after you put on the coils?

I've seen similar issues on my old 240 and several others. I think that it's just the way it is. It could also be how your fenders are rolled/pulled, it could be worn bushings, it could be an optical illusion to some extent. On the front, is there any camber adjustment on your coilovers? Sometimes the upper mounting hole to the knuckle is slotted and a lazy/incompetent installer can have them set differently from side to side. Nobody is going to be able to give you a real answer without seeing the car for themselves...

also.... if you get some adjustable control arms you may be able to account for a slight difference by moving the wheel in/out a needed. bu thats kind of an expensive fix for something that really doesnt matter....

i ran the same set up you have. and wondered the same thing at first. then i just left it alone. you go through tires much faster. and can be a fun ride in the rain. lol . then i got smaller wheels 16x9 and somehow it all adjusted perfectly. i think its the wheels.
