Hey I have a full VH45 swap for an S13 (although it could be adapted to an S14 with slight modification) for sale or trade. When I say full I mean EVERYTHING, literally bolt in and go, most parts are BNIB. I have all the mounting and relocation parts, 95' Q45 motor, Z32TT trans, brand new clutch and flywheel, full harness, everything you need to drop in and go.
