92 s13 kade bad idle/dying

so i have the odd problem, when im driving and slow down/come to a stop my RPM's drop to about 200 or lower then come back up to idle (500) then kind bounce at 300-500 then level off at 500 and some times when i stop the car drops so low it dies.. also my fuel pump buzzes like its priming when starting the car? i have a vert thats gutted so its super easy to hear. dont know if thats bad or not. Thanks for the help! (1992 ka24de s13 vert)

Egr still installed? My hose came off Egr and this is exactly what happened to my car. And check you MAF sensor might be dirty or bad
