Having trouble getting my downpipe to line up. It's a sr20, stock manifold, edge racing turbo elbow, megan dp, drift freaqs mounts. My guess is the elbow but it seems the same shape/size of simaler options.
As you can see it rubs and the mount dosnt line up

Unfortunatly this is the name of the game with mis matched exhaust and mounting parts.
Does the rest of the exhaust bolt up well, or is it way off? that downpipe just seems super low.
If it were my setup, I'd have a fabricator/welder take some out of the 'up' pipe and have them rotate the entire thing a little to help shoot the flex away from the rail. The ghetto option is to take the DP back off, and take a hammer to the rail to get the marginal clearance you'll need.
As far as the mount on the back not lining up, I've never seen a cheap/knockoff downpipe ever mount up to anything properly, so I'd not really worry about that at the moment...you can always have a welder fix that for you as well, or even just get some round tube, cut the distance (make a spacer) and utilize a long bolt to make it all work (obviously you'll need to bend the welded brace to line it up a little...

Well i ordered a new turbo elbow to see if that helps. If it doesnt, I have a welder and am just going to fix it myself. Was just wanting to stay away from hacking up my pretty new exhaust if I could. The exhaust i have is custom and lined up perfectly, I did have to extend the test pipe a bit but that was no biggie. The downpipe is just hanging way too low.

Hope it works for you! Not that it's impossible to do my shortinging the 'up' section, but it does present the challange. To me I'd not rule it out, as it's probably still gonna be funky.
