Kaaz 2-way > shimmed vLSD.
If the teeth are broken on the gears, go buy used gears from any Nissan R200 differential and install. Any pumpkin and housing should do.
I've never seen or heard of a 2-way being the sole cause of destroying the final drive gear teeth. Whomever installed it probably swapped the shims accidently.

How are you even comparing a 2-way to a shimmed VLSD?
!Zar!

Whoever installed the 2way must have fucked up the backlash (extremely important).
That is user error, not product error.
Comparing the two is like trying to compare a dirty butthole to a bleached one.
Shit makes a huge difference, son.

When comparing the two, shimmed VLSD's have less crunch than a 2 way. Depending on your application, a shimmed VLSD is about good for DD only. And even sometimes, they are about as good as an open diff.
Anyway, find out what's missing and replace it. Make sure it's the final drive gear that is the problem and that the "teeth" you are referring to is not internally inside the Kaaz unit since you said the previous owner was rough with it. R200 parts are real easy to find since a lot of people end up selling their open diffs for some money.

I must Lol and 101% correct those teeth broke because they just slapped the diff in. I have been in the game 13 years and every time one of my buddies broke one I asked "did you perform backlashing" and they be like ".............................." and I be like :/

See that's what I thought. that the shop he took it too had to have installed incorrectly. But when the dude from kaaz said its very common. I'm thinking to my self I don't wanna be fixing this thing every 6 months. Or even worse watch something happen on the freeway. He took it to Dori 2 motorsports. But I remember hearing some bad things about the shop that's why they don't exist anymore.

Ok I went ahead and opened and took the diff out and took the final gear off. But I'm hearing from friends. That the j30 final gear is better for SRs cuz of the turbo spool or something like that. I'm new to SRs I've only played with KADEs for the past 8 plus years so any opinions greatly apriciated guys .... New to full LSDs as well I've had other LSDs like hicas and Z diffs so sorry in advance about the dumb questions.
