Clicking noise when positive...

I have just about finished putting in my SR20DET I got everything wired up how Heavy Throttle says but when I touch the Positive on the battery I get an wierd clicking noise. It sounds like its coming from the starter or somewhere around that area. could I have gotten the starter wires mixed up and put them in a## backwards? :confused: any info would help, Thanx.

P.S. I still need an Ignitor chip if anyone has one for sale(last piece of the puzzle) my E-mail is [email protected]

Constant clicking or just one click?? Mine clicks once as all the electrical systems all come on.... that is normal.

No it clicks constant untill i take it off.

It is the starter deffinently i disconnected it and the clicking stoped. just to make sure were does the thick wire with the "L" bracket go. is it the connection closes to the motor on the starter?
