Why does everybody love this forum?

I love this forum, its like none other forums i've been to. I dont post much because i usually find the search button very useful. However, i always notice how friendly and helpful the members are and thats what keeps me coming back everytime i have a problem or a question. Thats why i come back to this forum... so why do you keep coming back to this forum.

What are the top reasons people are active members of this forum?

Zilvia is a lot like Fresh Alloy, except registration here does not require that users have sticks up their asses.

Any forum that allows you to talk cars WHILE shooting the shit is a good forum.

I like this forum more than FA. The main reason is that the search feature on this forum is easier for me. I usually search on FA for like a second opinion on things. I learned alot through both forums. 240sxforums.com is kinda lame imo. Asshole factor is about the same on Fa and here.

When i was in the east coast...i used to check out 240sxforums more *seemed like theres more east coast guys in there specially out in GA* Then i moved out to CaLi and theres a grip of BAY AREA peeps in here. You dont believe me check the meets section. Half them meets are in the BAY or SAC. 240sx.org just went down the shitter, too many guys whos just looking for nubie blood. Kinda started being like that here but its not as bad as nico tho. club240 is prolly the worst...

I mean seriously, this is one of the few forums where you can talk, cuss, fuck around.. and no one cares. When I talk shit, I rarely even look to see who I am talking shit to. I know a lot of people in the NISSAN community, but there are still tons of people I dont know.. especially with the boom in recent popularity.

The bottom line is, have fun.. talk shit.. whatever.. opinions are opinions. I dont hold anything against anyone for what they say ONLINE.. in person is different. Its one thing to talk crazy and act stupid online.. and in person its okay too.. but it all depends on how its done. If you're just having a good time fucking around shooting the shit, its all good.

People ask why I am angry.. and its because I read this forum while eating my morning cereal. Its a habit I have. So, when I eat my cereal I dont like to read bullshit questions. I think this forum is right in the middle as far as technicality of the subject matter... 240sx forums is a bunch of 14 year olds, and freshalloy tends to be mostly DIY turbo guys who really know their shit. I find it hard to keep up on FA because I'm still learning and a lot of topics discuss things i have no experience with.

Ive also noticed that FA has a lot of drag racers, and Zilvia is more into AutoX, drift, and other more interesting motorsports.

Here on Zilvia most people have a lot of common sense and come to conclusions together, there arent too many newbs in the way (although some days it does seem to go to shit).

post whores and regulars make it interesting... always looking out for dousan, steeles, heartwork, old_s13, etc. and these guys all have awesome cars and are down to earth too.

THE SEARCH FUNCTION WORKS!!! and it works well. There have been many times that Ive ran over to the computer and fired up zilvia search to help me with my car.

I'm rocking dual Zilvia stickers on my car right now. I'm happy to contribute my $10 (and i may order more just to help) because this is a place where I've learned a lot and spent a lot of hours reading and researching. It helped me make a lot of good decisions on what parts to buy, and where I want to go with my car in the future.

I fucking love this place. Search function has helped me out plenty in the past. I did my motor swap based off of shit I found on here and FA. I based pretty much a majority of all of my purchases off of what I've heard from people in here. I've met plenty of cool mofos from this place and I've sold so much shit on here it's great. Mods are pretty cool up in this heezy as well.

FA is great too but it's just not as fun. Also, I hate to say this but there are plenty of dumbass newbies leaking into this community in the last couple of months. Keep up the shit talking and put those mofos in there place so that Zilvia remains a kickass forum.

i like this forum b/c the colors and logo are easy on the eyes. also the smilies here are cooler then other forums and don't piss me off so much. finally i can ask noob questions like 'what is offset' and 'does ebc have rear pads' without getting flamed (much). seriously though, this forum has the right mix of openness and also circles of friends. on other forums people will ignore you if they don't know you in real life; or they're so big that you instantly get flamed 30x for any question.

I don't post a lot, but am on this forum pretty much every day at work. For me, I really like it because of the mix of people on here. It's cool to see what people all over the country are into, instead of the weak scene here in ohio. the info here is great, as long as you know how to ask for it without getting your head ripped off! I also love the crazy shit that people post in OT, like that recent one where the kid's talking about getting a boner! great comic relief during a boring day at work.

This forum is very entertaining. People are always ragging on each other and making smart-ass coments, but in a friendly way. Its a type of behaivior that usually only exists between close friends. Like when you say to your best friend "Fuck off faggot" and both laugh. This forum ia also very computer friendly. It loads very fast for me and is easy to use. Some of the others are quite slow.
