2002 Facelift BMW 325i cheap!

I have here a 2002 Facelifted BMW 325i sedan for sale for $4500 or best offer, car is located in South Nj. 161,XXX miles and still running strong, motor and trans run and drive just as they should. Steptronic automatic transmission. No check engine lights or any other dummy lights on for that matter. I know they don't really make a 'base model' bimmer but this one is pretty basic... manual seats, doesn't have sport, premium, cold weather, or any other factory upgrades aside from a sunroof. Has 18' wheels that look pretty good with descent tread on them and tinted windows, other than that its stock. Body and interior are clean, you'd never know it has 160k. It does have a small 2' rip in the driver seat (I will post pics when it stops snowing). I don't have any service records aside from whats on carfax unfortunately but the price reflects that. Clean Nj title in hand. Open to trade options, I can add cash if needed.

Issues
-Sunroof is off track, motor still works in it though and it is closed.
-Needs an alignment
