Checklist for SR20

Finally got all my money together and am ready to put an sr20 into my '97 240. I'm going S14 and will be getting a motorset with the tranny, ECU, MAF sensor, uncut harness, and ignitor chip. What else will I need for the swap? Downpipe I think I've heard is necessary. Anything else?

you will need also some gauges, at least boost, I am guessing, maybe not, but its cheap and effective. id do clutch while engine is out, im sure some luckey jap (is that racist if so sorry) had lots of fun before he handed it to you,

change the stupid metal turbo/manifold gasket.. that thing's prone to breaking and its a lot easier when the engines out
