I searched and found some people have used a small spacer, my caliper is rubbing on the top side(front of caliper) I'm using new rotors from 88 rotors, correct size, freshly rebuilt calipers. I noticed the mounting points on the caliper has what looks like a space for a washer. Has anyone experienced this issue?
Here is a picture of where it is contacting
Rotor
Tightening the caliper all the way makes the rotor impossible to turn is it possible the powder cost is the issue?

Going to try a small spacer tomorrow, figured I'd get some input in the mean time
