where's my PM "reply" button?

ok, maybe I'm just blind or something, but I can no longer "Reply" to PMs sent to me :/ All I have is "quote" and "forward".... anyone else experience this ?

Quote works. But I dont know what happened to it.

Quote works as "reply" from what I can see.

it's just weird to come here and have things be totally different from week to week ;)
