I knew someone would post this, i saw it last night. The engine looks pretty stock exept for an intake and wires. But because its "polished" its faster now, add 50hp to the wheels for that upgrade. Not to mention another 10hp for the wing. This i would have to say is by far, the ugliest 240 ive ever seen.

Simple. Because douche-ass ricers don't care how clean their car looks, or how much the kit weighs, or who sells the kit (*cough* APC), they just want attention from their peers and 13 year old skanks. Same logic goes behind the buying of massive aluminum wings, 4 12" subs, 22" chromies, and a fart can. They fool themselves into thinking it looks good when in reality they are just insecure fools.

Since I'm 15½ years old, I have to deal with this on a daily basis. One of my friends (who is younger than I, actually) has already ordered altezzas and some of those cheap "HID-look" headlights. For the '96 Accord he's getting, what else. When I ask him why he did that, he got a stupid look on his face like he didn't know WTF he was talking about and said "because they're sweet." Then my other friend, who I thought was more intelligent, asked me what I was going to do to me car first once I got one; appearence or engine. I said I'd hold off on the mods until I actually got to know the car, then focus on the engine. He responded by saying "Why would you do that? I mean, you can't even see the stuff you put under the hood..." Yes, people think even engine mods are purely for looks. Jesus.

And another hilarious instance...I overheard some kids talking about how his sister's muffler fell off...he said "Dude, her car makes the same sound that people pay hundreds of dollars to make!"
