96 distributor into my 95 240sx

So I need a new distributor for my car and I called autozone to get a price but they needed to know specifics down to the month when my car was made to get me the right part. Not inly was the part 400 bucks but it would take a week to get. i found one on craigslist and picked it up for dirt cheap but my question is would a distributor out of a 96 s14 work with my 95 s14?
