Holy mother of fuck, nevermind, that turbo is waaaaaaaaaaay bigger then I thought.
full spool by 5500 rpm lol F that
any recommendations on a turbo for the RB20?
I'd reaaaaaaaly like to be fully spooled (15+psi ) at 3800RPM at the latest

Find a smaller exhaust side turbo, 10cm or smaller...

Yeah I found one, 12cm anti surge housing, divided exhaust housing, 7 blade, for like 400$.. but i'm not trading cheapness for super late spool time.
any recommendations?

GT30R with a .63 exhaust A/R should get you around 3800-4000ish Might have to run like 20-22psi to hit 400whp tho.

Haven't heard anything bad with the Kinugawa turbo's on the net.

Save a little more, you only need to buy the turbo once. Well unless you don't prelube it with oil before the install it might be a rebuild right after lol.
