S13 or s14

I want to trade my big block Chevy for a s13 hatch or s14.

396 Chevy big block(2 bolt main)
Comes with everything but heads
Moroso oil pan
Ross pistons(10.5 to 1)
Eagle h- beam rods
Summit oil pump
Performance timing set and cover
And crank
(Disassembled) due to just getting it back from the machine shop
