Question about my clutch pedal

At first, the whole thing would pop up fast, but now...there's a part that doesn't pop up that fast anymore. It's really easy to push the clutch in now too. Before, it would take a lot of force to fully depress the clutch, now it doesn't take much anymore. What does this sound like to you? This isn't the early stages of a slipping clutch is it? Fawk.......

i had a similar problem, then a couple days ago, one of the bolts that holds the clutch pedal bracket to the master cylinder through the firewall just snapped in half. i checked the other bolt and the nut was halfway off, so when i was pushing the clutch pedal in, instead of pushing that rod into the cylinder it was just pushing the cylinder away from firewall and then not springing the pedal back up. cost me $10 and half an hour to fix it.

short version: check the nuts on the bolts on the master cylinder that hold it to the firewall

should i check inside the car (under the steering wheel) or outsite (engine bay)?

look under ur dash or the bracket for your clutch might have snapped

look in both places for anyting fishy like loose nuts or things caught in the pedal arm's path like wires or something

man, my clutch pedal action is soooooo much smoother after installing the new bracket

Talking about clutches, My clutch guy ( one of the engineers for centerforce clutches), makes any clutch for me I desire. I get rb20, Ca18, sr20, and many, many more. Here is a basic one that is rated at 450hp. These meet or exceed comp. This guy that makes these, was one of the main guys for centerforce, he broke away from his colleges and started his own business. I can have normal performance clutches or any specs you chose he can make, for hundreds less. Single, twin plate, what ever. Ps: I am doing this for my friend, I make 0 cents off of any deal, I am sure my friend get nor money or some sort of clutch sponsorship, he just came by today, woke me up and told me to take pics of a clutch and send it to his email. I was instructed to let every one of the KA CA SR and RB family know. If you guys need a clutch let me know, and Ill tell you how much. They are good, all of our cars use them.
