FS 2004 Boosted rx8 20b 3 rotor

Hello, selling my 2004 boosted rx8 with a 20b 3 rotor motor. Turbo is a t76 and car makes some serious power. Unfortunately the rear apex seal is ruptured but the car still runs. Here is some more information and some sweet photos that are nicer than photos I can take:

rear apex seal is ruptured? There are 3 apex seals per rotor and if any one of them is broken it requires a rebuild and has probably damaged the housing esp if your still running the engine.

the seal probably flew out the exhaust port before it did any damage.....

apex seals dont just blow out your exhaust, IF it just came loose then your rotor clearances for 2mm or 3mm seals is off, porting was too big, or something else wrong, and that seal wouldve come around and gouged your housings, and when it came out your exhaust port and through the turbo manifold and through the turbine wheel it wouldve chewed that up and damaged your turbo. Seems like somewhat of a lack of info for the sale of a rotary. I could see why the engine would still run it being a 3 rotor with 2 good rotors it would still be enough power but that 3rd rotor is prob destroyed along with housing and thats a full on rebuild right there with need of replacement housing, replacement rotor maybe, new apex seals, and while at it replacement side and corner seals and gasket kit and such, oh and like I said turbine wheel prob as well.

Lol someone needs to kill that selling price I understand 20b swaps are fairly expensive to do, but 25k asking price for an RX8 and it clearly will need a rebuild thats prob another 5k needed, is all a bit much. And given the amount of time now I would imagine the seller wouldve had enough time to respond and clear up these questions.
