Hey guys, I've been a big 240sx enthusiast and owner for awhile and happen to have a composite business, WestCoastProjects, where we make high quality carbon fiber parts for cars. Since I have a s14 of my own I decided to mock up something one off for my car but wouldn't mind putting this piece into production for the 240sx community, if there was enough interest.
I wanted to make a different trunk spoiler for the s14 as I didn't really like anything on the market. Here are some just pics of what we mocked up so far. Any opinions are more than welcome.
***MODS: I emailed

I like it. Maybe a little shorter? Id like to see how it would look like with pieces that run off on the quarter panel. Like above the end of the lights (left/right ends)

you are pretty much describing a dmax trunk spoiler.

Garage Impul was one of, if not, the first lip spoiler producer for the S14 chassis. Another member and myself are the owners of the only two I've ever seen since my tenure in the S-chassis business.
I think for it to look right it has to transition on to the vertical side of the trunk lid in a smooth fashion. Just stopping at the body line on top looks kind of odd. Another thing I think you should consider is utilizing some of the factory existing spoiler holes for securing it, two would be sufficient.

I think it would look better if you extend it all the way to the edge/corner of the body.

What would be way more cool and original would be to make a do luck or M3 csl style trunk

Something in between the do luck and the saleen mustang spolier, not sticking out so far as the saleen, but squaring off the top corners of the trunk/fender curve which gives the s14 the less agressive rear end look, I am sure a more square rear end would make it look a lot sexier.https://encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSso1HsGrPQarsOX0njXsLORnGFftOGJ Aw6YjnwqcPWO2Vm8XpZ3Q
