Yeah any shop that smogs cars will do it, you just have to have a legal car. If your talking about someone to look the other way go somewhere else and ask because its not welcome here.

FYI it's near impossible now that they've changed over to "star certified" testing. In other words move out of ca or make your car legal...

It's possible I still have someone in SB area that can still do it, but its a bit far... Someone already PMed me about his spot. From what I'm use to it seems a bit pricey. Lol. But price range could be accurate now cuz of that Star Program.
