So I have a late model, 1991 BMW 318iC:
Info:
-Calypsorot-red metallic (one of the less seen colors for the E30's)
-149xxx miles
-Recent PPI maintenance in May 2012 (coolant flush, brake refresh, suspension bushings replaced, full engine flush)
Exterior
-Painted IS lip
-Euro Smileys
-Euro Grills
-Euro late model plate filler
Suspension
-ST lowering springs 1.7" F 1.5" R
-Stagg Shocks
-16x9+15 Borbet Type a Wheels (4x100)
-205/45/16 tires
Interior
-Grip Royal Wood Steering Wheel
-Momo hub
-Euro clock
-Sony CD player
-Sony speakers all around
Bad:
-The passenger fender needs to be replaced (I got it like this from the PO) and I have a replacement for it that needs to be painted (in langerun color)
-The fitment on the wheels are -2mm offset (pretty flush fitment), not a lot of BMW enthusiasts like the fitment but its my car and this is what I like.
-Some rips on the interior (it's common for its age)
Good:
-Immaculate dashboard (a lot of E30's have cracked ones
-No leaks anywhere on the engine
-Only driven about 6k a year (I've only driven it for 4k miles)
-Turn key weekend car (the main purpose of my initial purchase of this car
-Paint is pretty good for its age (a lot of E30's paint fade especially the alpine whites)
After realizing that I have this toy that I could keep and drive it anytime I want without any problems, well, things for me has changed and must force me to sell it. I get tons of complements on this car, even from the non-enthusiasts, I am not in a hurry to sell the car, buy it before the summer hits! This would be perfect cruisin' under the warm California sun.
I'm asking $6,000 and the only car I would consider trading for is a 4 door Subaru Impreza awd. Email is key for me, I barely check here on the forums anymore.
