96 s14 obd2 questions

I picked up a 96 s14 shell and it has been impossible to find obd2 parts I have a complete harness and ka24de but it's obd1 so my question is can I convert the car using the s13 wiring harness and engine from an s13... any info would be much appreciated THANK YOU

Yes, just use a matching s13 ecu. If the engine/trans/sensors/harness/ecu are all s13, the chassis doesnt really matter.
