i know there getting more rare every year..... but can build better cars for cheaper then what there going for. why people asking 10k for there car with a basic swapp stock paint and some suspension work its ridic if going to spend 10 k on a s chassie should have new paint cleann engine bay and a healthy mild build motor and full suspenion with nicee wheels
been looking at cars for past couple weeks and people are asking way to much and they wonder why they havent sold
sorry about the lame thread but wanted to get some other peoples opinion on this build cheap sale high movement going on

Ok, I'll add to this. Just want your opinion here. not trying to sell or anything. Bought mine for 8500. White S14 (paint good, not great), SR20 with 6 speed swap out of a 99 spec R. XOP intercooler w/ hard piping, Koyo radiator, ARP head studs, Stainless steel head gaskets, Twin plate clutch, HKS 3 in exhaust into 6 in tip, HKS BOV, Apexii SAFC, manual boost controller, 18" gold 5-spoke rims, full coilover suspension, flared fenders, JVC deck with some off-brand speakers, K&N Intake, flared fenders and full body kit (dont know the brand, dont care terribly), some other stuff im probably forgetting. Bought the car and been on the fence for a while. Sorta fell in love when i got it up to 70 in second gear but the longer i have it, the more i question whether it was a good buy. What says you?

well kouki well always be over priced there hard to find and rare to get them unmolsted and in my opinion the most agressive looking s-chassie u can get so for a koukie with a sr and a 6 speed conv with a 2000$ clutch i say u got a perfect deal not the best deal but still pretty solid deal now adays people would ask 10k for it ... its some BS

if its too expensive, don't buy one.
can i teach you a few things???
chassis.
kouki.
there are plenty of half-ass shitboxes going for $3-5k, if you want quality, its gonna cost ya.
Lol, ok have fun buying a stock kouki for 7k and dumping like 6k into it. Better off buying one for a bit more that has some stuff done to it.. I bought my 1997 kouki, it has 150k on chasis, and the ka top end was rebuilt, clean title, 5 speed. Nice black paint, has hks performer coil overs, jasma cat back with 3.25 inch piping. Stock wheels. got it for 6500.

Adjust your expectations
Adjust your budget
do as you said and build one yourself with less money
don't make threads about a problem without a solution
