The ones u see here?>http://www.alamomotorsports.com/products.html?http://www.alamomotorsports.com/hks_coilover.html

I mean, are they good for drifting, cause it doesent really say on the description.
they also come with these collers like spacers between the springs thats kinda weird.
the progressive spring rate means they are soft, so Im thinking that these are not good for drift?
anyone have them, how do they feel?
Im a newbie to these coilovers.

I have them, when I got them they were 10/8 Kg/mm. They were too damn stiff, I changed the springs to 6/5. They're okay but still kinda stiff. I live in Boston and get plenty pot holes and shitty roads. But for you I would rock them, I'm from Hawaii Kai so I know the roads in Hawaii. I say go for it. The Valving is a bit more Harsher than JIC or Tein, but shold be fine for you...

I would not get them simply because they do not have an adjustable lower mount. If you want your car lower than their reccommended setting, you are going to sacrifice stroke. Everyone knows guys HATE to sacrifice the strokin' =]

nadine? oh the good looking chick, I seen her hompage, does she drift?

the springs are progressive so Im thinking they are gonna be soft?

ummm....no
they are dual progressive so they are gonna be stiffer. Progressive means that they get stiffer as they become more compressed. The back you're have to have the perch all the way up because the suspension drops the back a rediculious amount, the front you don't have to wind up all the way but, in my honesty opinion if you get these you're not going to be worrying about how soft they are, you're going to be worried about how stiff they are...
