hey guys any help will be greatly appreciated,
I have a 91 nissan silvia s13(jdm car) with a s14 sr20det, car was running fine drove it all summer and towards the end of summer car would act up every now and then, when I would go somewhere and shut the car off it would take a long time to start back up again and one time had to leave it at my buddies place over night and the next day it started right up. So i parked it and let it sit for a few months and went to put it away for the winter and it wouldnt start. Pulled it in the garage and couldnt get it going. I checked the coils and there is no power going to the coils, just wondering what powers the coils? I ran power wires to all 4 coils and still wouldnt start and have no spark. Im getting fuel because when I pull the plugs out they are all wet and smell like fuel. Ive read alot of threads and everyone says the same thing either CAS or igniter chip but no one ever mentions that they have no power at the coil just no spark.
Any help at this point would be great, thanks Pat.
