So the reason for this thread is to get some opinions on how to fix one of my grills, these came with the front end I bought but when I received it i was very disappointed to find out one of the grills was broken. Seeing as these things are VERY hard to come across by I was hoping maybe someone could give me some ideas to repair this one.

^^ read something about that too..

i think what makes oem grill so hard to replicate with frp is that nice oem mesh thing they have going on. you can't just put chicken fence wire on it and say it's the same.

Try some sandable flexable plastic filler. It may take some time rebuilding the edges that are broken and sanding the grille peices. Use a small file to reshape the grille lines and maybe rebuild the edges with form (use something like posterboard to make the top edge) then fill with plastic filler>let it dry> sand off the form that does not peel off. Primer and BAMM!! Good as new...sorta. Toby Broadfield might be able to give better advice.

Google Evercoat Plastic filler products. Its a great brand and they have lots of options.
